I was very nervous about my treatment because I was at my worst. Every year I have a relapse. My family life has been bad so the fact that |I have been up and down mood wise I found it was amazing that I joined in conversations that I was feeling happy, sometimes to be here and enjoy other people's company. I wish that this treatment was in Kettering as getting here was a worry for m. This level of care and kindness has been excellent.

Thank you for your review, we do look at our assessment and we are always looking at the best way to collect data. I am aware that the current questionnaire can be repetitive but having reviewed what is approved and available to us. This current questionnaires are the most suitable ones at this time. Please be aware that we do appreciate there completion, they are totally voluntary and if you would rather not this would not effect you treatment in anyway. Many thanks for your feedback

Rtms has been a lifesaver for me. The treatment and facilities are excellent. All the staff are true advocates for the treatment. The caring nature of the team ensures the treatment process is comfortable. Thank you.

I felt cared for all of the time and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Since starting the course of treatment, I have felt less anxious and depressed.
